Zaray got me out of a terrible situation. Without Zaray I would be out on the street. She's very attentive and always thinking ahead. Zaray was always available to us and was very patient in answering questions. I feel like she went the extra mile to find solutions that would take care of our interests. She cared 100% about how we felt and never reproached any of our decisions.
Zaray worked with another Lender that is not on her team (it was a lender that we preferred) she never had a problem and they maintained excellent communication. Before we had closed another house (with another realtor) we had a lot of stress but this house was not like that at all, I think it is partly because of the good communication between the work team.
