Aman is a rising star in Sacramento area real estate and from my work experience with him — recommend him highly!
I was looking for advice on buying in the Folsom versus Midtown Sacramento Area and he was very helpful in pointing out the pros and cons of the decision- the end result was a purchase I was very happy about!

It was a pleasure working with Aman Rehal. After going through a divorce few years ago, I thought was not eligible to buy a home. After meeting Aman and his lender they had me qualified and got me into a house. The whole process took about 2 months but I got through it. Aman knows real estate inside and out. Aman is Vibrant, Smart and Enthusiastic Realtor. He has helped us greatly for getting us the house we wanted and we are very happy. I know I was a pain in the rear end most of the time but Aman still kept his focus and got us a house. I had a deadline and a list of requirements. Got the house by the deadline and it's in a court (like I wanted) next to an Elementary school (so our kids can walk to and from school) in a good quiet location (very quiet) 3 bedrooms, and a 2-car garage. I was able to also, get my fruit trees planted (a huge backyard) like I wanted the entire time. I really appreciate his honesty and hard work that he put in and got us the house. Aman GUIDED us to see the big picture of being Homeowners and he is the reason we are in this house.

I cannot express my gratitude towards Aman Rehal enough!!!

I was a first-time homebuyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right place.
I met with a couple of realtors before Aman, but I knew instantly that he was the one for me. He is honest and hands-on (he even crawled into creepy attics to check insulation for me!), and he really helped to take the pressure off of me.

I never felt forced to make an offer and when I finally found the one “HOME” and ended up in a bidding process, Aman walked me through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that I write a letter to the sellers to explain why I thought they should choose me. It was an unconventional approach but it worked and I thank Aman for that every day! I have several friends looking for homes and thinking about selling, and I always strongly recommend Aman to them!

We recently purchased our home with Aman’s help. Buying a home was lot more difficult and stressful than we first anticipated but gladly, with Aman’s excellent guidance and knowledge the whole process went really smoothly. I couldn't believe how patient Aman was with us in the whole process. He was always available to answer all our queries and really lowered our stress levels. He clearly and thoroughly explained all the processes to us and in the end helped us in placing a competitive bid that got us our home. I highly and most definately recommend Aman.
