We really enjoyed working with Chris . He understood our vision and what we were looking for in a home. He’s respectful, while still highlighting the pros and cons of our decisions with us. We never felt pressured at all, and he made sure we understood every aspect of buying our first home. We worked with Chris for over a year to find our perfect starter house, and he showed nothing but patience and understanding through the whole process. He was honest with every house we went and saw, and he made it clear that he had our best interest in mind when sending us houses to go see. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to start our home journey with. I cannot recommend Chris enough. Chris was everything and more that you would want in your real estate agent. Very knowledgeable of the area and what ever property you were looking at. Never pushed his advice on you but was accommodating when asked for his input. A pleasure to work with, highly recommend him.

I researched multiple agents before selecting Chris. I had a house that needed considerable renovation before coming in the market and I live in another state. I didn't want to just sell it as is. Chris has experience with getting the most out of a property and provided an exceptional contractor to get the house ready for sale. I was relieved that I was in such capable hands. My house sold without me ever coming into the state. I am very satisfied.
