I have 6 years of experience as an investor and 2 years as a real estate agent, having begun my career in January 2020.

I received the Rookie of the Year Award for San Diego in 2020, and my team ranked in the top 3% in the state that same year, placing us in the top 11% nationwide.

In 2021, I was nominated for the Agent of the Year Award for San Diego.

I have successfully flipped multiple homes in San Diego and structured various long-term investments in the area, including short-term rentals and multifamily house hacks. My total sales volume reached $22 million in just 18 months.

Prior to my real estate career, I served as a Reconnaissance Marine stationed at Camp Pendleton from 2014 to 2019.

I regularly host real estate investment meetups in downtown San Diego, where I teach newcomers about real estate investing and collaborate with other experts in the field.

I have a dedicated team of in-house contractors, stagers, designers, and developers, with whom I am proud to partner.

Additionally, I have been featured on several military investing podcasts and maintain strong connections with military investors across the nation.
