We started our home buying Journey with Kris about 2 years ago. She was very patient and almost instantly available whenever we asked her to see a house. She did a great job pointing out pros and cons at house visits. As first time home buyers, this is very important. We felt we had confidence making decisions based on Kris's expert advice. this was our first time as sellers. This was a family home so it was very important to us to not only get what was a fair market value but to hopefully see another family grow with it. Kris provided both! she was wonderful to work with, she aswered all our questions, which there were alot, and guided us on the best route to sell our home. we were absolutely astonighed to get a full ask offer on the first day on the market, and within 30 days our sale was complete ( and by the way, a new family bought our home as well) . In the previous years my house was hard to sell. I needed a sales agent that understood the Market in my area. I was browsing online and noticed that a few homes in my small community and land have been sold by Kris. I decided right away this is the realtor I need to get my house sold. My house required updating/repairs, Kris knew the Market so well that she went right to work on listing everything I needed to complete in order for me to get top dollar. It took 3 months to complete my repairs and without a contract Kris was there with me all the way, I was very surprised. I have bought and sold homes in the past and never seen a realtor go so far above and beyond to help a client. I highly recommend hiring Kris, she's a very highly skilled, professional and caring realtor.

When I first met Kris I could tell that she was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and that she would work hard to help us find the right home. We were a bit nervous in the beginning because we were looking at homes that were so much nicer than our previous home. Kris made us feel comfortable right away, and her friendly demeanor was a great first impression.

Kris has an eye for detail. She knows what makes a house comfortable, beautiful, and convenient. During our house shopping, Kris would point out details that we missed - both good and bad. For instance, appliance brands, window and door quality, evidence of water damage, or qualities about the neighborhood. She understood our wants and needs and never made us feel like we were being too picky (even if we probably were!). After almost 6 months of looking for our dream home, Kris was able to negotiate an amazing price for what we think is the most beautiful home in Huntersville!

During due diligence Kris managed our timeline so that our primary and subsequent inspections were all completed quickly. There was never a sense of panic that we've heard many buyers experience during DD. When our inspection report came back with a water damage issue, Kris contacted her recommended contractors who were available right away to further assess the situation.

Closing was a breeze thanks to Kris and Julie's recommended lender, Movement Mortgage. Our loan officer, Lorri Hoffman, was recommended to us when we first met with Julie Cash and we were pre-approved and most of the paperwork was already completed well in advance of closing. Kris and Lorri were able to communicate when necessary, so it felt like we were part of a close-knit team.

Other agents were either too pushy or too laid back, and none had the network that Kris and Julie Cash had. Within a few days of meeting Julie, we were pre-approved by Movement Mortgage and had our loan officer, Lorri Hoffman, on "speed dial."

I have to reiterate that her personality made this experience so pleasant when it could have been stressful. There were a few times when we felt like we would never find the right house, but Kris was always encouraging. House shopping with Kris felt like an adventure and I was happy to spend time with her!

Kris did an amazing job fighting for us with the sale of our home after some issues with the buyers attorney. She really went above and beyond to get us closed on our beautiful new home even though the sale of our first home was a little bumpy due to circumstances outside of our (Kris, mine or my husbands) control. We are truly thankful we had her on our side helping us! We had a great feeling after meeting her the first time and we were glad we went with her.
