Background: I had owned this property for 18 years as a rental property before deciding to put it for sale. The previous realtor handling the sale could not get the property to move at all, with zero offers produced in 18 months.
Once I enlisted Lisa as the agent to sell this property, things kicked into high gear. We first needed the previous listing to expire, so the new listing could appear fresh.
Lisa did an amazing job marketing the property in a very tough and competitive market (with multiple brand new homes for sale in the same area), working with local contractors in order to do necessary repairs and cleanup.
She quickly landed four offers, and from there we managed to close the deal in a few weeks.
Quite simply, without Lisa's help and tremendous dedication, this property would still be sitting on the market today.
I would recommend Lisa to anyone wanted to handle any type of real estate transaction in this market area.
