Lisa was a great realtor. She was very attentive to my needs. I think we were pretty much on the same page when selling the house. She advised me on a couple things on what to do and what not do which was valuable to me so it was less expensive prepping the house. She knew the market well, very knowledgeable. I think we even were close to agreement on asking price if I do recall.

We found Lisa on a Facebook ad for a land parcel. We are not from the area and Lisa provided a ton of information regarding the Cape Coral area (demographics, growth potential, etc.). She was the listing agent for the property and was very honest and professional working with both us as buyers and the seller. We were able to come to an agreement on price and the transaction was very smooth.
