When I called Lisa she was very knowledgeable about the market. And, she was sure she would sell my lot.

This was a difficult closing because probate had not been filed properly in Florida. She hung in there with me and helped me get through the struggles. I sincerely appreciate her knowledge and support. I don't think I would have this lot sold today if I had used another agent.

I have serious experience with agents in Ohio and Florida. She stands out as one of the best ones I have met and used. Really, she's the best.

I live out of state and wanted to sell my property. I had at least 15 ads from brokers I had saved. I chose Lisa because of the detailed information in the letter she mailed me, plus I preferred a woman representative. Lisa knew her stuff. I wanted to go low to get rid of my property fast, but Lisa convinced me to try her price first, and she was definitely right. She was right on top of everything. It took not even 6 weeks from my first phone call untill I received my check, and that was with delays caused by covid.
