We had a situation come up during the process that was completely a first time problem and she took the bull by the horns, she did the research, made recommendations, and ultimately resolved the issue. When our needs changed she continued to work on our behave to make sure we purchased the home that we would be happy to own.Lisa understood that we were purchasing a home that was out of state she made sure when we were in town to accommodate our schedule. Lisa Jackson was my sales representative for selling vacant land in Florida. As I knew nothing about the sales process I searched and found Lisa's name and I am so glad I did. Lisa informed me of all processes she would be using, especially advertising online to sell my property. She was a consummate expert in handling all of the aspects once the sale was made. Although I ran into some title issues, Lisa stood by me and received the several extensions for sale that became necessary. I am sure it was not easy for Lisa to contact the buyer each time a extension request was made and I very much appreciate all the time and effort she put into the entire effort to sell my property.
