We were referred through USAA and had contacted her a couple of years ago but decided not to buy at the time. Sarah was very attentive but never pushy and very knowledgeable and friendly.

She made the whole process hassle free and was very patient with our needs and wants. She was direct but never rude and made sure we got what we asked for. She was always friendly but very professional. She is still in contact with us months after the sale making sure things are going smoothly.

We were nervous about trusting anyone but Sarah proved herself to be trustworthy and very hardworking. We will definitely work with Sarah in the future for our real estate needs and would recommend her to anyone in the area.

Ours was unique. We sold the house once and the contract was cancelled by the buyers bank because he bought a car. The second round of selling produced a buyer who agreed and then "felt uncomfortable" with the price he offered and re-offered at 15,000 dollars less than agreed. We had to move onto buyer number three. All the while, we had an agreement to buy a house with extra time on the contract. This was stressful. Sarah did a great job

Sarah made the sell of our house so easy and wonderful. Her knowledge of the area and overall market makes her the best realtor I have ever dealt with. To my knowledge there is not a better person in the entire metroplex that could touch her and her team! We could not have done this without her and would DEFINITELY use her again if this process ever had to be done again.

Our house sold in two days. Sarah was really great at making sure there was an open line of communication between us and the buyers! She also spent almost a year helping us find our dream home. We had her show us houses out in the boonies and she always met us with a smile! She made sure we found exactly what we were looking for no matter how long it took. I also have to thank her husband for showing us a few houses as well. They are a great team!

Sarah has been a long time friend. So when it was time for me to buy a house I knew she would be the one, I use.
Not only am I more impressed than I thought I would be, but she has the toughest housing market I know we've seen in awhile when it comes to customer satisfaction/service. With the market being this crazy and houses going off the shelf like honey baked hams the day before thanksgiving, it was very impressive the amount of attention she still was able to give me. Then if I needed something quickly, I had an answer faster than expected.
With that being said no matter where I was or who I was talking to during my house search, when they asked who is your realtor. I said "Sarah Padgett" and instantly got a look of "ohh wow" as in they knew they couldn't do anything sketchy with her behind me. Which during the process of buying a home that's probably the best feeling you can ask for. The security to know you have the right and most feared support. Then as well the great comments from others after mentioning her name.
So I think that says it all!

Due to my husband's sudden death, I moved to another state to be close to family. In 2011/2012 the market was not good for sellers. For 3 yrs I leased my house. Sarah sent a flyer in the mail and my tenants told me. They gave me 30 day notice and moved out Aug 1 and we closed on Aug 4! Sarah gave me the option of putting house on market or showing a young couple soon to be wed that were excited about finding a house in the Midlothian area. After Sarah "walked" inside and out the property she told me that she really thought couple would be interested in purchasing my house. Everything could not have gone smoother. Sarah gave me options, she was not "pushy," she was understanding that this was emotional for me as well as I needed to make best profit. I will be forever grateful for Sarah. I never met her in person but felt a bond with her almost immediately. She was the broker/Realtor for both buyers and seller. I think she handled that balance very well and fair.

Very easy to work with and a dedicated Realtor won't use anyone else but Sarah!!
