Without a doubt Sophie is the best in the industry! I started out as a FSBO and after realizing that I did not have the time, knowledge and experience needed I made a decision to hire an agent. After receiving tons of cold calls from agents, I selected a few of them for interviews to represent and list my property. SOPHIE immediately stood out from the competition! Her knowledge and experience was evident in every step and question of my interview.
What I liked the most about SOPHIE was her selling skills! She was/is professionally persistent and was always closing the deal during the interview! And that my friends... is key with an agent, that they can close the deal from any angle with results. Needless to say, we went into escrow within 3 days of listing the property and the entire closing transaction was smooth as she had answers to my questions before I even asked.

Sophie made our dreams come true. You see we always wanted to move back to the beach. But we would have to sell our place and that did not happen with the previous agents we hired. But Sophie not only was able to sell our home she also helped us secure our new place. We would only list our place if we could get the place we found because it was a perfect fit for us. Well she got that contingency offer accepted so she had 30 days to get into escrow on our place. And she did it!!! She was great at helping us through the roller coasters of selling a place and all the hassles. She also didn't want us to take a low offer even though that could mean no commission for her if we didn't get a better offer. So she definitely cares more about her clients then a commission.
