Carlos Lua is everything you want in a realtor. He’s professional, very responsive, friendly and is always on top of things. I don’t know if we would have got as nice a house as we did in this tough market without his diligence and great work ethic. He’s also very knowledgeable and efficient. I can’t stress enough how much we appreciate his hard work. We were close to giving up and looking to rent again. He found us a gem of a house in our price range in the area we were looking to move to.
