Charnise Carter, Broker & Owner of Realty One Group Performance is a graduate of George Mason University where she received her BA in Speech Communication. In 2003 Charnise launched her real estate career and has been in the business of bringing buyers & sellers together ever since. Her high attention to detail & results-driven approach have equated to being recognized as a top producing agent, mentor & leader in her community. She was featured on the popular show “House Hunters” for one of their new shows called “Rent vs. Buy”. She has earned a reputation for being one of the most dedicated Realtors in the area. She serves on the Board of Director for Prince George’s County Association of Realtors & the founder of an Alternative & Integrative cancer support non profit called Juice 4 Life, which educates and financially supports those who have been affected by cancer. She is a breast cancer survivor & recently donated $10k of her commission to a breast cancer survivor.
