I lived in California and I wanted to move to Texas in the Dallas Fort Worth area I went online to look for properties in the area and I clicked on a website with a request for information and was called back within 5 minutes. I gave him the specifications of what I wanted and He found about 4 properties which I liked. Once we knew the price range he got me in touch with his loan Guy and so I was approved immediately for credit I narrowed it down to one Property I liked He went over on a Saturday and took some video of the property, When I decided that's what I wanted he sent me all the information that I needed, answered all questions that I had, always answered the phone or text no matter when I sent them. He made the process super simple. I highly recommend Cody because he is honest and he knows what he's doing.

It was such a pleasure to work with Mr.Sedlak. He was great from start to finish with helping me to sell my house. Madison Sedlak was so sweet and extremely professional. She went above and beyond to help me sell my home. I was very sad to be leaving my home of over 40 years, but she was by my side comforting me and helping me in any way possible that she could. I would highly recommend her and her team. They are awesome at what they do and they go above that and truly connect and care about their clients.

Cody was very easy and comfortable to work with. I advised we had not arrived to TX yet, from California, and he did the foot work to make sure we could see what we needed to in the short time we would be there. He was very thorough and on top of everything throughout the process. We went with new construction and he made sure all upgrades were done as should be.
