Cody was a boss at getting my fiancé and I in our house! We were first time home buyers so we had no idea what to expect and thankfully Cody was there to help us through the process. I learned about the ins and outs of the home buying process and even learned quite a bit about selling as well, since I seemed to never run out of questions. What was great was the fact that I could send Cody a list of houses and he would work around mine and my fiancé’s work schedules (no easy feat since she was working nights) to show us the houses. If we ran out of houses to look at that day, he would even pull out his phone right then and there with us and start scheduling a few more houses that we liked and would get us a showing literally within minutes which saved my fiancé and I time and fuel!
