We sold our home and purchased a new home with Desiree, and she made a very complicated process with lots of moving parts go more smoothly than we ever could have imagined! She was amazingly efficient, responsive, flexible, and accommodating to our busy schedule (despite her own busy schedule...we’re still not sure when she sleeps!), and she gave us great advice on things we could do to make our home more appealing to buyers. She developed a strong strategy to market our home and recommended pricing it aggressively to encourage offers. We had 3 offers within a few days (all over our asking price)! As we simultaneously started looking at homes to buy, she made time to answer all of our questions and scheduled visits to prospective homes at times that were convenient for us. When we were looking for our first place I was warned that what can make or break the experience is the realtor. We heard horror stories of realtors not caring and texting during the who process, and just not prepared. Desiree not only made the process 100% easy, but went above and beyond what I thought would be expected of the realtor. Especially since we were buying a place in VA and we were living in OK.

She came prepared with details about each listings and if we had questions contacted the seller or agent as we were standing in the home to get us an answer. She always then asked for our honest opinion.
