Jennifer has been the best broker with whom we have ever dealt. We have now moved six times and Jennifer was the most responsive, courteous, and professional that we have ever experienced. Her knowledge of the area, her accessibility, and her friendliness were all exceptional. Whenever we left a message, she would call within a few minutes. She made herself available, even after the sale, to make sure that we had everything we needed to secure our new home and to move in. Her performance during the loan closing phase was especially noteworthy. She is an outstanding realtor!

I would highly recommend Jennifer Falconer for anyone interesting in selling or buying real estate in Orange County or elsewhere. She was invaluable in helping me find and close on the purchase of a condo for my mother, who was moving from Florida to be near me. Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable about residential real estate sales generally, and was particularly so about the community my mother was buying into. Jennifer always made herself available, and whenever I left a message, she got back to me right away. She was very thorough, efficient and professional in walking me through all the paperwork, and guiding me through issues that arose during the transaction. She was very generous with her time, making herself available to meet me at the property during the property inspection, meetings with building maintenance, and at other times. She was also happy to share her knowledge with me, even giving me her thoughts on issues that arose in my mother's sale of her residence in Florida.
