Jessie was extremely knowledgeable of the local area, real-estate trends, and assisting with speaking with the builders. We could get in touch with him anytime we needed, he answered all of our questions and he helped with getting in contact with different lenders in order to receive price quotes to compare which was extremely important at this time. He really is the best realtor we've worked with and you'll be missing out if you don't go with him!

Jessie always knew the answer to ALL of our questions & answered them no matter the day or time. He helped us through a really stressful time as the housing market isn't doing as well for sellers as what we have been used to in the past. We have moved a few times & have had a few Realtors but Jessie, is BY FAR THE BEST! The entire process of buying the home was laid out for me from day one. Jessie was there every step of the way to make this a stress free purchase. Could not be happier with how things went.

Jessie was the only reason we stayed calm dealing with our relocation company on the sale side. Jessie was very helpful throughout the whole sale process which by no fault of his was frustrating due to the relocation company we were using. He checked in constantly and was an extra set of eyes when we couldn't physically be at the house after moving out of the state. I would recommend Jessie to anyone who wants to sale their home and use a trustworthy and stand up guy as their realtor.

Jessie has been an absolute treasure to work with. Every time I started to stress about an issue, he had an answer or a way to fix it. He was available by text (at a reasonable hour) just about any time I needed questions answered. I don't think I was his neediest client ever, but maybe in the Top Ten!

Jessie Rittenhouse-Totherow was incredible to work with from start to finish. When picking a realtor, the options were overwhelming, but we couldn't have made a better decision. He worked quickly and efficiently to pull together a plan for our house. The first open house had incredible turnout and Jessie made the offers easy for us to understand and compare and allowed us to make the final decision.

When we had our final under contract, Jessie kept us informed of where they were in the process, closing documents and helped set up a virtual closing since we'd moved out of state.

10/10 would recommend working with Jessie again!
