I was looking for a house, not just any house... a guys guys kind of house. Doing a quick google search, I found Joe and he literally found the dream home in 1 day with 8 showings. Ironically, the one I bought wasn't one I selected to see, he found it for me. I gave him the criteria (ie: lake, pool, large yard... insert tim the tool man taylor bark here) and he found the ideal house.
