After a week of calls from realtors wanting to list my house for me, I decided to interview some of of them in case the FSBO did not work out. I did not connect with any of them. When I look at Judy, I think of classy, elegant and very well put together. Well, that was how the presentation of our home looked. The photographer she used was amazing. We received numerous compliments on the photos that were used, the aerial video (the music was a nice touch) and most of all, the elegant tri-fold pamphlet. Our Buyers used a VA Loan. Therefore, the process took longer than we had wanted but with Judy by our side, everything went very well.
