Coming from a family of 7, Loren knows how important it is to have a space of your own to call “home!” Loren loves nothing more than creating a win-win situation, and uses his project and problem solving strategies to bring buyers and sellers together. Loren and his wife Margaret have lived in Franklin for over 27 years, raising their 3 daughters and watching the Nashville area boom from a quaint town on the Cumberland into one of the most-desired destination locations in the nation. When not at the gym, playing music, or building sets for his wife’s theater productions, you can find him in his garage refurbishing his ‘73 Porsche 914.
