Michael and his team worked diligently to sell our Florida home. This was a vacation home that we listed for sale multiple times due to our changing circumstances. Michael was very patient and understanding each time. He went above and beyond what we had experienced with other realtors in the past. He had a professional photographer take beautiful photos of our home, had drone photographs taken and even made a video showcasing our property and the amenities of the surrounding area. We work out of state and were unable to be at the house on a regular basis. Michael was a such a blessing to us as homeowners! He informed us ahead of time of each viewing and called us to follow up with the results and any suggestions on how to make our home more appealing to buyers. He provided us with valuable contacts for home improvement jobs that were reliable and reasonably priced. There were even times that Michael checked on our home for us since we were out of state.
