Paul is the absolute best. I had 2 realtors before Paul. Paul was ready from the get-go. Willing to spend as much time as I wanted to show me houses. He called me every day to keep me informed. His personality and openness made me feel like we were old friends. He is terrific and it’s your loss if you pass him by.

Paul helped us a ton with a fairly complicated move. We started our search long distance - moving from Indiana to the Seattle area. Paul gave us great advice in our search and was very patient with us throughout the process. We worked with Paul for about 8 months. He gave great advice as we toured homes - everything from advice about the area (which was new to us) to costs of ownership to how things work in Washington with regard to real estate. We had initial problems with our lender so Paul recommended a different one to us, and they were fantastic!! All the advice Paul gave us was spot on, and now we are in our dream house.

Paul and Daniel @ FLUX Real Estate are the best in the Seattle area. Period. They know the market, they know how to negotiate and they make the process fun. I have worked with them for several years, mostly buying but finally selling. Real estate in Seattle can be really tricky so it's important to have the best advice.

Paul & Christine Fennell were an amazing team that helped me sell a house. My selling situation was difficult as I was living overseas at the time I put my house up for sale. Paul went above and beyond what I had expected. He arranged cleanup of the property inside & out as well as arranging home inspectors & access to the house for contractors.
Christine was responsive in all of our communications and worked around our time differences.
The house sold while they were both on vacation , but still working, over Christmas and The New Year.

Paul Fennel and his partner Christine were integral in helping me land an excellent home in NW Seattle.
