He was great to work with and made the house buying process really simple and stress free. Sarah was recommended to us by a friend, who assured us that she would work for us and not just our money, and that she would waste no time. I can now say those statements were wholly accurate. Speaking with her before, during, and after everything was said and done, she was nothing but professional, prompt, polite, and so many other things that you don't expect to get all in one package. She never left questions unanswered and went out of her way to call directly to make sure we understood every step of the process. Not once did I get the feeling that she was only in it for the commission. She amd her staff blew me away with their genuinely pleasant and caring demeanor.

Jeff Jones was absolutely sensational. He was upfront about things, lent his experience to help us progress, gave us as much of his time as needed and more, and helped us to relax during a typically stressful event. Every step of the way, he was there to see things through and make sure we were not just satisfied, but genuinely happy with buying this house. I will recommend him to everyone I know. Rarely have I dealt with a salesperson who was as genuinely enjoyable to work with. The team was great to work with. Always patient, very knowledgeable. While it took a while for me to find that "just right" new home, I always felt the team were there for me, and offered guidance through every step in the process. Even during times I felt like I would not find my "perfect place", the Padgett team never gave up the quest. Super team, super teamwork!

Jeff Hopton-Jones was extremely knowledgeable and energetic, worked around our schedule, listened to our needs, and patiently helped us find a home. He was very invested in our satisfaction and was solely focused on finding the right house instead of just ANY house. He wanted us to find a home we could raise a family in and in a neighborhood that we would love, and he did just that.

Sarah Padgett provided the best selling experience. Being a relative recent widow it was a very tender time for me. Sarah and her team kept me calm through the process of saying goodbye to a big part of my life.

Carly Bush is our hero! She was so incredibly patient helping us find our new home in Texas from Florida, particularly during the unexpected stressful situations that arose from the seller's side. It came to the point where we wouldn't respond to emails from the "other" side because we knew Carly would be on it in her usual lightning fast and friendly manner. We wish we could have kidnapped her and used her as our realtor in selling our Florida home.

Jeff was extremely helpful and I would use him again without hesitation

This was my first time buying a house. I was living in California looking for a home to buy back in my home state, Texas. My sister recommended Sarah Padgett to me, and I'm so happy she did!

The first time I talked to Sarah on the phone, I told her that I was doing this by myself and really needed someone to be on my side and guide me through this process. She introduced me to her team and everyone was incredibly helpful! It was a seamless process guided by a team who knows what they're doing and want you, as the homebuyer, to be happy.

I would recommend Sarah Padgett and her team to anyone who is looking for a home. They're a great group, and I will definitely go to Sarah again for any future home purchase!
