We had a bad experience with a former realtor who was a family friend so we were very cautious and actually hurt. Sarah took the time to listen to us explain the situation, made us feel better, and agreed with our concerns without bad-mouthing the previous realtor.

Even though Sarah looked very young to me, which was a concern because I thought she might not be experienced enough. But come to find out she had years of experience which quickly became evident by the way she spoke, how she explained the process and what she recommended. She came prepared with comparisons and the market trends in our area printed out and took the time to explain it and not assumed that we would know. Then she gave us her recommendations based on that information and her experience. Everything she recommended was spot on and got results.

I had a lot of questions and she took the time not only to listen but explained the answers clearly without making me feel stupid. Our house was on a busy street and harder to sell, but not for her. She knew the market and continued to encourage us through the process. In the end, I feel like she became a family friend and not just my realtor. She is one of those few people who are gorgeous on the outside but more importantly on the inside. My husband and I agree she has customers for life with us. We whole-heartedly recommend Sarah Padgett and her Team. They work seamlessly together and do what they say.

Our experience with Century 21/Sarah Padgett team was pretty much flawless. They handled the sell and purchase of our new home. Which we absolutely love!!! We did have one snag that was addressed and taken care of immediately! I would recommend them to ALL of my friends and family.

I learned about Sarah over 5 years ago from a coworker. After meeting her I immediately began working with her and she helped me purchase my first home. In the last 2 years, life took me in a different direction so I had to relocate. February of this year I begin looking. Into selling my home and Sarah was so helpful doing a market analysis which enabled me to see what I could list it for, potential profit I could make, and even a mock up of closing costs that would be owed based on the estimated listing price. In June my house went live and in less than a week it was under contract. Sarah and her team went above and beyond! Because I am located in central Texas they helped me facilitate home inspections, repairs, and even dealt with my tenants in the process. Allie was such an advocate for me during the closing process (throughout the buyers underwriting process! I can’t sing their praises enough and am so grateful for their hard work and ability to alleviate so much of the stress off of my shoulders! Thank you Sarah and Sarah Padgett Team!

Kyle Kerbel........what can I say......complete beast of a realtor. Dang good lookin too. That silver hair and tall, dark stature, he could be a plus size male model for sure. He negotiates like the Wolf of Wall Street. He’s smooth like non chunky peanut butter. He’s calm and collect and closes deals like Walmart closes local grocery chains. Let’s be honest, he could sell a ketchup popsicle to a woman in white gloves. As for the rest of the Sarah Padgett Team......absolute gems. You can’t go wrong with these people. They treat you like family and would give you the shirts off of their backs. Absolute unit of a team!

Met with Sara and two other agents during that time and Sara was the on one that gave the impression that she cares about her customers. She was very patient with my situation and provided me with a good approach to putting my home on the market. This is why I selected her as my agent.

Sara did an amazing job with the preparation of putting my home on the market. It was a very seamless process in which led to multiple offers on my home within the first week.

I touched on this earlier in the survey. Sara was very helpful and compassionate in the deals with me and my wife prior to and after we place our home on the market. She answered all my questions within a timely manner and development a level of trust that made may feel comfortable with the process of selling my home.

Allie Hendricks is amazing! She assisted Sara with the negotiations of the deal with the buyer and assisted with the collection of the documentation to close on the home. Her attention to detail, communication skills and her approach to negotiations is what led to the closing the deal. Allie truly deserves a raise.

I have to say that the overall sale experience from the beginning to the end was fantastic. With that said, my wife and I are planning to get have Sara and her team to find us our next home. :)

Sarah and her team kept us up to date on showings and excellent communication in regards to offers

Sarah and her team (Allie!) are very knowledgeable and make the process very easy! They are always on top Of things and anticipate what’s next. We had the most pleasant experience and home was sold within a week! Sarah even helped with recommendations for contractors and took out time To do walk through with them aswell! I would strongly recommend Sarah Padgett team for anyone in the Mansfield/Arlington area.

Jeff was always available to answer any questions I had. I was nervous because this was my first home I was purchasing on my own so I wasn’t sure what I was doing. He made it feel easy because he knew everything I asked.

Sarah & Michael did a great job determining our sales price and getting our house listed before a busy holiday weekend. We greatly appreciated their efforts in getting our house sold quickly! Allie of the Sarah Padgett team was great in closing. We had a little extra negotiating to do after appraisal came back and she saves me us more money in the end. Extremely happy with that process and her attentiveness to us as clients.

Michael was a fantastic agent. I was purchasing from out of state so my viewings were often scheduled late and last minute and he had no problem accommodating. This team made buying a house in Texas from Michigan extremely painless!
