The week the house was listed it had a contract on it. I think the total time was 3 days. Great work from Sarah.

I was referred by my brother and sister in law to Sarah. She was wonderful from start to end in the process and was very efficient with the process. Sarah was prompt answering questions, keeping me informed and assisting with all the paperwork. Selling the house was a seamless transition.

Sarah was always quick to respond with any questions we had day or night. 2 months after closing I was able to call Sarah with issues with the insurance coverage and she still helped with that process. I felt like I was a friend and not just a paycheck. I would definitely use Sarah again and refer her to anyone.

Sarah Padgett's attention to detail is second to none. My wife and I enjoyed our time seeing homes with her because of her positive attitude even when there wasn't much to be positive about. She displayed a great knowledge in the quality of homes over the course of our search. She could easily spot problems with them and always gave honest advice. I'm sure we could have been easily swayed into buying a lesser home, but she remained patient with us while we navigated the competitive home buying market as first-time buyers. She is THE best.

The time came to sell our home and buy another, and our agent was excellent!
Sarah Padgett knows her business, and was on top of getting our home listed, getting offers together, negotiating special terms of our contract, all the way through closing and a leaseback period.
She also tirelessly showed us at least 15 homes before we finally found the perfect home for us. She took great notes about what we liked and what we didn't like, and knew exactly what we would and wouldn't like about each house on our list. In the end, we found exactly what we wanted, and we were under contract within a day.
Throughout the whole process, she was so easy to get in touch with, and so quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Sarah is so great to work with, and I would never recommend anyone else for selling or buying a home!
