Foreign investor that was selling my home in Cape Coral. Brenda Cole and the Cole Team (RE/MAX Nautical Realty) went above and beyond anyone I have ever worked with in real estate. Absolutely excellent advice and communication throughout the whole process. Really making it a great experience for me. Selling or buying can have its unseen circumstances. Having someone like Brenda and her team along with the experience they bring is definitely worth it and I will highly recommend them to anyone. They have set the bar very high and I personally would be happy to have the opportunity to work with them again.

Hello,
My job takes me to Florida quite often and my wife and I, love the area and have likely looked at 150 different condos over the years to purchase around the east or west coast of Florida. We were browsing the internet from our kitchen one weekend at condos or homes available in the Fort Myers area. Through the magic of the internet, Brooke saw my search and contacted me. I agreed that if my wife and I got more serious, I would contact her. For several months no time was available for a trip but Brooke did send me several examples of places available that met our basic criteria.
Finally, we arranged to visit the area and l let Brooke know when we would be available to meet. Brooke suggested the best hotel deal in the area and we met and started 4 full days (Monday to Thursday) of searching. During that time we visited about 20 condos and homes. Unfortunately, at the end of the search, we did not find one we liked. We were disappointed but had plans to close on a condo we had a deposit on in Siesta Key, the next day, Friday.
On Thursday night around 8, Brooke called and said she thought she may have found one more that was worth a look. Only catch was the selling agent needed to have the viewing done early the next morning because he was leaving on a trip that day. We agreed to meet the next morning and well the rest is history. We fell in love with the place and in short order made an offer and bought it. 5 years of searching were at an end!!
Even after the sale, Brooke provided us with helpful area knowledge and called once in a while to see how things were going.
Brooke was always honest, professional, punctual, very thorough, she had a complete package set up each day with all pertinent information, she was tireless in her efforts, reflected in her continued search of product even after we had said goodbye, she is enthusiastic without being pushy, very knowledgeable about the area and I would have no hesitation recommending her to friend or family.

Brenda has found me two homes, sold one for me and will be listing a condo with her. She listens to me and knows what I am looking for and understands my needs.

Brenda went above and beyond in helping us find and purchase our home. We had some challenging circumstances but she was professional, determined, and creative in overcoming obstacles and finding the perfect house for us. She treated us like family, and was truly a pleasure to work with. I cannot say enough good things about her!
