In a little more than 3 weeks we went from initial introduction to Flo and her team to closing on our new property. We can't imagine how a real estate purchase could possibly have been handled more professionally and efficient. Flo's team has this down to a science to make it simple and they make it warm and friendly at the same time. Kudos to the team for demonstrating how to do it right!

Flo was able to handle a very delicate situation in a highly professional manner. She was flexible, accommodating, and communicated regularly regarding the sale status. Flo Vachon and her team provided much more than we ever expected. Her constant communication with updates and honest recommendations were always very helpful. There are many reasons Flo Vachon is the top rated realtor.

Flo Vachon was recommended to me by a home owner in SCC. As soon as we met, Flo took time to explain her approach, and I felt that we would work well together. Tim Vachon patiently showed me a variety of homes. He was available when I wanted to look at listings and always communicated promptly via text or phone when I had questions. When we did sign a contract on a home in King's Point we were able to close in twelve days thanks to Flo and her team's diligent action. We had a couple bumps along the way because the seller's agent was unfamiliar with King's Point, but Flo ran interference and took care of all the details for us. She and Tim went out of their way to make this a good experience for us. They earned my trust and I highly recommend them!

Flo Vachon is the most wonderful person ,very patient very kind ,very understanding ,she has literally held my hand through the entire process of buying my first house I truly could not have done it without her !! Overall, Flo is a professional in a profession that, unfortunately, includes a number of casual workers. Her attention to detail obviously stems from lots of hands-on experience at every stage of the sales process and personal knowledge of the local market, including lenders, insurance agencies, appraisers, inspectors, contractors, et. al.
This knowledge can be the difference between "getting results" and "stuff just happens."
