Flo and her team were very instrumental in guiding us through the myriad details of getting our home ready to sell. Since Kings Point does not allow for any type of estate sale, she helped us work with a knowledgeable seller of silver items, an auctioneer who could take our saleable items, big and small, and split the proceeds with us, and a company who could remove all remaining items not worth saving or donating. She also set up the last few steps prior to putting the property on the market, ie, arranging for a full top-to-bottom cleaning of the house, followed by professional rug-cleaning and professional photos. She obviously priced the property appropriately for a swift sale, as we had 5 offers in 2 days, one of which resulted in a contract within days. One very important issue we would like to add is the superior photography. We feel certain the photos could possibly have sold the condo so quickly. The angles of the photos and contrast were remarkable. Flo made an excellent photographer selection.
