Flo was very supportive during the entire process of selling my dad's property! He (my dad) had a rough time stomaching the fact that he had to upgrade his electrical prior to selling it... (it was a lot of money $5K or so). She provided me with "facts" that explained what insurance inspectors are expecting and coached us on how to handle transaction. Fortunately, Flo and her team executed the closing so quickly that dad didn't have to pay anything out of pocket to make the closing happen.

I strongly recommend Flo Vachon and her team! They are exceptional professionals in every respect. We had several issues to contend with before listing the property and she was invaluable in getting these resolved quickly. Flo has strong relationships with the community and is very knowledgable. She has incredible resources, knowing who to call to get the job done right the first time. Once the property was listed, she was able to get it featured in the Tampa Times the same weekend. We were under contract in just 2 days and closed in just 3 weeks without any last minute surprises typically encountered before closing. I cannot say enough great things about Flo and her team. They are awesome!!
