One aspect of any professional relationship is how quickly they response to our questions and concerns. I am very happy to say that they always responded in a matter of hours (or sooner) to all inquiries. That makes us feel like we are important to them and that our business and happiness is a priority. Again, I could not ask for anything better.

Flo is a consummate professional who aligns herself with like minded individuals. She anticipates a client's needs and fulfills them with impeccable precision. I slept well at night knowing that my largest investment was being attended to by the best. I was rewarded with my choice of her as my Realtor. I would contract with her again if the opportunity arose.

Flo was very helpful in every way, from handling repairs, to helping clear the house, and the house sold very quickly. The photographs she took helped sell the house too. She is an expert at what she does.

She has all the attributes to make the process as simple and pleasant as possible.

Flo and her team made the entire process of preparing and selling Mom's condo a breeze. Flo Vachon and team were excellent in every way and at every stage of the process. I felt that I was actually hand held through the process so that I experienced no stress during what would normally be a stressful process for most people.

Extremely supportive. While I had my own checklist, I really did not need it due to excellent communications and handouts from the team. I feel like i basically relaxed and they did all the work. Could well be the best customer service experience I have ever had.
