First and foremost Desiree is absolutely incredible!! She has definitely made the process of selling and buying a home an ease. I am a constant worrier and anytime that I was stressed out Desiree was there day or night to help ease my anxiety. (Sorry for all the late night calls 😅) I can’t recommend her enough! We just closed on a condo with Desiree! She was amazing from start to finish. Always helpful when I had a question, took care of all the stressful details for us, kept track of everything and never let something fall through the cracks, was patient with us as first time buyers, and did a great job explaining how everything worked when we were confused. Even when I was getting mixed messages from the sellers or the lender, Desiree always set everything straight and made me feel like it was all in good hands. Such a perfect mix of patient and on top of things, so I never felt rushed by her but also knew things would be taken care of right away. She helped us financially above and beyond what we knew to ask for, like getting us a home warranty from the sellers and getting our earnest money deposit to be a lower amount so we had more financial liquidity throughout the process. Plus, she was so kind and personable, above and beyond what one would expect from just a realtor.
