Where do i even start to talk about my experience! First, let me start by saying that my husband and I are very greatful to have met Desiree!! This was our first buying experience and we were very scared and stressed because we didn't know anything about real estate or where to even start. We first went to our bank to get an idea of what we qualified for and as we were talking to the representative we asked which realtor she recommended and she gave us Desiree contact information. My husband emailed her right away and it wasn't long until we started getting listings from her with our price range and locations. I was a first time homebuyer and Desiree was absolutely great. The entire process was very new to me, I had so many questions along the way, and felt so nervous at one point but thankfully Desiree was always there to answer each and every question I had, made sure I had all the information I needed, and quickly got us scheduled for the properties we wanted to see. I really appreciated her quick response any time I would email or text. There was a weekend when Desiree was busy and could not meet with me but she made sure I was still able to meet with her assistant Marielle who also was very helpful. I trusted Desiree’s honest opinion in all of the properties we saw. It was never a “I’m just trying to sell” moment with her. We were able to find the perfect condo after a few months! I couldn’t believe how easy Desiree made the process leading up to settlement day.
