Jacob Bowman is a life saver! Renting a home is very different than an apartment. I was at a loss. He reached out to me regarding a house I was interested in. He stayed in contact, always very upbeat and happy to help with anything. When we did find a house, multiple offers were made. He suggested writing a letter to the owners with our offer.
