I received many solicitations in the mail and threw them all away (unopened). However, Lisa's was hand written which I found personal and inviting. I called and had an enjoyable conversation with her. I discovered she had a proactive approached to listing and selling the property and the rest is history. She made different promises and delivered on every single one and sold the property at listing price. Couldn't have be more satisfied. Now have her listed on our reference list as #1 to call for future listings! Honest, knowledgable and trustworthy. What else could one ask for?

I received letters from many realtors wanting to list the property, but Lisa's was the only handwritten one. When I spoke with her on the phone, I was very impressed. Throughout the process, I was confident that Lisa handled every step very well. I believe she priced the lots correctly, and they sold, even though they had languished for over a year with another realtor who never contacted me. I heard from Lisa periodically, and I felt I could contact her whenever I needed to. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lisa to an out-of-town seller.
