In today's Internet world often realtor's rely solely on the power of the web to drive business and make sales. Lisa Jackson was representing Sellers on a modest vacant lot listing. I was contacted directly by Lisa to purchase the lot; I was not in the market to buy this, or any other, lot at the time. Through Lisa's proactive approach to marketing her customer's property she was able to move the property for the Sellers and I was able to obtain a property for a fair price. Lisa negotiated the deal to my, and certainly the Sellers, satisfaction and the closing went quickly and smoothly.

Should I need a realtor, this is the type of proactive service I would expect. Thank you, Lisa!
