From start to finish Oscar is THE premier VA Home Loan specialist for Real Estate in and around the Bay Area. I was unsure who to confide in when rummaging amongst these high stakes, quick moving properties (East Bay: San Ramon, Pleasanton, Livermore, Dublin to be specific). The wife and I have been casually hunting around for houses since 2018. We are California natives (hailing from the Central Valley) but the housing back home is completely different than here.
