From start to finish Oscar is THE premier VA Home Loan specialist for Real Estate in and around the Bay Area. I was unsure who to confide in when rummaging amongst these high stakes, quick moving properties (East Bay: San Ramon, Pleasanton, Livermore, Dublin to be specific). The wife and I have been casually hunting around for houses since 2018. We are California natives (hailing from the Central Valley) but the housing back home is completely different than here. This is where Oscar shines, he guided us through all the questions we had and narrowed in on the type of property we NEED (our first home buying experience).
