The stress of selling and buying a home was greatly reduced after I met with Sarah Padgett and her team. Her expertise, experience, and confidence was evident from the first meeting. The quality of the services provided (from the flyers to the photographer) were excellent. It was my first time to work with Sarah, but won't be my last. Jeff Hopton-Jones answered a call about a property and was the most kind, sincere and genuinely interested in listening to “our story” and what we were trying to find. He instantly became available and answered every text or call in order to help us find a home. We now have a home, and a friend!

We were amazed at how much Jeff knew about the Dallas-Ft. Worth area and had contacts and resources of reliable people to help with all phases of the process.

The other members of the Sarah Padgett team that we had contact with, in addition to Jeff, were outstanding as well. Some other services that were offered were done so in a timely manner and with as much information as possible to help.

Carly Stanley with the Sarah Padgett team is wonderful! This was a difficult situation with me being 4 hours away and having to sell my parent's home. She was understanding and helpful in many ways. This team goes above and beyond what I would seem normal to help sell your home to the right buyer. I would not hesitate to use them again!

From day one I felt like a priority. They really listened to my needs and housing wants. Super quick communication. Always motivated, even after the 50th house I drug everyone too. Working with Michael on the purchase of our home was a great experience. We needed a lot of guidance and he did an excellent job of explaining everything and making it a smooth process for us.
Michael was always super easy to talk to and we never once felt like we were an inconvenience. He was very accommodating with our schedules and was always easy to get in contact with.
We both really appreciate how easy he made the process for us, and we always felt like we could completely trust all of his recommendations and suggestions. Working with someone you trust is extremely important and he really helped put us at ease and relieved a lot of stress.
Everyone we dealt with on Sarah's team was incredibly nice, helpful, and professional. I would 100% use them again and will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

From the day I first started looking on line for a house I was contacted by Jeff Jones of The Sarah Padgett group. This was last July, my purchase was in March. Throughout those 8 months he kept in touch with me. He was aware of my personal situation, there was no pressure just his ever presence availability for me when needed. He gave me his personal email address and phone number and if I needed him for ANYTHING he replied back immediately or at the very least sent a quick text saying I am with someone else right now but will get with you soon, and he always did. He's just a genuine nice guy, a "nerd" as he jokingly refers to himself. I don't know how many times I'd voice a concern and he'd text back "I'm on it" or "I got this", and he always took care of the issue.
