I chose Flo Vachon because she is a CRS and her experience in the business. As a Licensed Real Estate Agent myself, I know how important education and experience are to selling real estate and being professional. Flo was everything I expected and more!

We inherited our parents Sun City Center home after their passing. Flo was wonderful from the start. She gave us her professional recommendations for getting the home ready for sale, helped us through getting these items accomplished, and sold the home quickly. This was so important to us, as we live in Wisconsin and needed someone's guidance.

I wanted the best realtor since I was selling my mom's place from a distance. I looked at Flo's reviews and credentials and knew I found the right person for the job.

Flo is the best of the best, she was so good to my 97 year old mom, she took her to a notary, went to her to have things signed multiple times and just went over and above.

Flo made selling mom's home from a distance so much easier. She had contacts for everything needed like cleaning, repairs, wallpaper and property removal etc. She's so knowledgeable and I trust her judgment 100%. One thing that amazed me was that she found out mom had a home warranty and got the air conditioner and several other major things replaced which added to the value of the home.

Very grateful for Flo and all she did to help sell mom's place.

I was just in the beginning of deciding whether to sell or rent my mother's house. I had received her Kings Point Real Estate Market Update mailer. My first interaction with Flo was remotely via email and later the same day she called me to talk. Flo discussed my options to provide answers to my questions and suggestions to help me make the right decisions.
