My brother has used Keller Williams for R.E. transactions for many years because of his wife's job with Procter & Gamble. We needed fast professional representation in Florida which is far from Cincinnati, but his Ohio agent recommended Flo and we went from there.
Being Canadian, our sale needed special attention, which was handled exactly how we needed it to be. A perfect job.

Her husband, Tim, and her support staff were right there and there were no questions. I could relax and just let them do their work. Some advised me to just sell the condo myself, but I don't know how anyone could do this as well as this team. I was paying for expertise and competence. Completely satisfied.

Flo did an excellent job of selling my condo.

Flo Vachon did a fantastic job in selling my late fathers home in Sun City Center. Recommended by another industry expert Flo was the right choice from the word go!

This sale was a bit complicated as it involved a Trust and a bank out of state but Flo guided us all through the process when it was both easy and not so easy.

Flo Vachon was truly wonderful and amazing to work with. A true professional from start to finish, she guided us through the selling process with her expertise and knowledge. The house sold above the asking price in 2 days! Her advice began before we listed and continued every step of the way.

FLo was very open to all of our questions and concerns, as was her team, and always available to talk. Living in Colorado, we were remote sellers but thanks to Flo it was a very pleasant experience in all.

Besides being such a competent realtor, Flo is just a nice friendly person, someone you can trust and would want on your team.

Flo had a good rationale for asking price (higher than I was thinking) and was very familiar with this area. She was excellent to work with remotely with good advice and help getting work done that was needed.
Felicia was excellent working the details of a full price offer/contract making sure everything went smoothly. Both were very accessible and communication was excellent. This could not have been smoother!

If you fail to consult her, you’re missing a great opportunity.

If you aren’t listing with Flo, you don’t have the best in the business. This lady knows her business. We had a death and trust and other issues but you wouldn’t have known anything was challenging at all. She knows how to negotiate, knows how to deal with a wide variety of personalities and she is a clam cool cucumber!! Can’t say enough about this lady!! Years of experience coupled with lots of designations and a desire to learn and be the best is no wonder why she is one of the top agents in the country.
