Be wary of what he tells you; instead, pay attention to what he actually does. We used to be his tenants. He would frequently shout at us, nitpick everything we did, and constantly insist that we follow his demands—even though we always paid our rent in full and never violated the terms of our lease. We were the ones who had to pay for the outdoor security cameras, yet he used them to constantly monitor us—something that was never stipulated in the contract. READ THE CONTRACT VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING WITH HIM.

George was very professional and went above and beyond in my homebuying process to make it as smooth as possible. He took the time to explain the conditions of the home and was very patient in trying to find a house that fits my needs rather than trying to sell a house for the sake of selling. Overall, i had a pleasurable experience as his client and highly recommend George as your agent if you're looking into buying a new home.

I spoke with George twice on the phone to discuss a rental property he had listed. Both times we spoke he seemed uninterested in really trying to advertise the place and just answered my questions directly. I didn't mind much since I figured the experience might be better when meeting in person and viewing the property. We scheduled a day to view the rental unit and I decided to call before taking the drive there (1 hour away) just to confirm we were still scheduled, no answer, I gave him the benefit of the doubt and decided to drive to the property and arrived on time as scheduled. Upon arriving, I called a few times after waiting for 30 minutes past our scheduled time with no answer.

After leaving I check the listing again and it was no longer available, guessing he finalized the paperwork with another person which is completely understandable, but to not follow up, answer my calls on the scheduled day, or return voicemails till this day, is completely unprofessional.
