I cannot speak any more highly of Judy Petrak. It's rare that someone is well above average in multiple aspects of their job but Judy truly is. She possesses every single characteristic you would want in a realtor and she taught us so much along the way, she has the heart of an educator and has a genuine desire to help us get the perfect home.

Judy is extremely personable and easy to communicate with. She works tirelessly to help buyers find the perfect home and makes herself available at all hours, to include weekends, and holidays.

Judy fiercely represents her client’s interests and is a tough negotiator who works hard to obtain the best price possible as well as seller concessions.

Finally, Judy contributed $1500.00 from her personal sales commissions to help cover closing costs. A gesture that when combined with other seller concessions she had secured, allowed for a refund of almost half of our earnest money deposit at closing.

Judy Petrak was amazing! From the moment we hired her she hit the ground running, and accommodated all of our requests and last minute searches. Judy was extremely patient with us, and beyond helpful. We were first time home buyers and Judy walked us through each and every step of our home buying process. Judy sold our home in three days. She is amazingly knowledgeable about the entire process and spot on for what we needed to accomplish to get the place ready to sell. She hired an amazing photographer and made sure our home looked as new. Judy is an absolute professional and would recommend her to anyone in the market, whether buying or selling a home.

Judy was always punctual. If she said she would meet you at a certain time she was always there.

The decision to go with Judy Petrak as the realtor, to sell our home, was because of many reasons. I knew Judy prior to this transaction so it was a given that she was going to be very professional and knowledgeable of her job. We felt Judy was a good fit for us but most of all, we needed someone to comfort and ease our mind through this process. Judy exceeded our expectations. Her response time was impeccable. There was never a thought of "did Judy receive our text or email?".

When I look at Judy, I think of classy, elegant and very well put together. Well, that was how the presentation of our home looked. The photographer she used was amazing. We received numerous compliments on the photos that were used, the aerial video (the music was a nice touch) and most of all, the elegant tri-fold pamphlet. Our Buyers used a VA Loan. Therefore, the process took longer than we had wanted but with Judy by our side, everything went very well.

I could go on and on but overall, I would highly recommend Judy as a realtor. She has your interest at heart and will go the extra effort to make you happy.. We have had 3 other real estate experiences prior to this transaction and I have to say this was the best experience for us. I think the buyers also felt comfortable with her. They had met her at one of the open house event.

Judy is more than a Realtor to us. We consider her to be a great friend who also happens to be an incredible realtor. Judy helped us through every process of purchasing our home while we were stationed overseas. Which can be difficult because of the time zone differences. Communication and managing expectations are two crucial skills for any Realtor and Judy managed both of these skills at the highest level throughout our entire process. I met Judy 2 and half years ago when I was looking to rent a home. She took me on different showings but also mentioned the pros of owning a home. I decided not to buy at that time. However something she said stuck with me...she made the comment regarding one of the homes and that she would not let me buy that house. That let me know she cared about my well being and not just selling/buying. Fast forward to this year. I reached out to Judy ready to buy. She made a suggestion on a location she thought would be best for me...but me being the person I am (stubborn), I wanted to look at other places. We looked at homes in other locations...and guess where I found my dream home?! The same place Judy recommended! She listens to your wants and needs and has the best suggestions. She also respects your opinion. From putting in an offer to the final closing, Judy was always available...no matter the time! She is the best...no question!! Thank you Judy!!

I worked with Judy to sell my old home and her knowledge of the local market convinced me she was the right agent to work with when buying my new home.

Judy recommended a home inspector forr me who was extremely thorough and professional (and personable). Her recommendation and the home inspector’s quality of service saved me from purchasing a home with a multitude of hidden problems that I would not have been able to afford to correct.

Judy answered all my questions within the day, or let me know she was working to find the answers. She was always clear in her emails and in conversation. She explained the purchase contract well enough and simply enough that I was not confused and felt confident moving forward with any actions.

The home buying process can be daunting, but Judy made every step of the way easy and stress free. I truly believe she is one of the best agents out there.
