As a first time home buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Michael was so incredible to work with. He made our experience of buying our first home easy and enjoyable, even with the market the way it is. He was easy to get in touch with, always willing to take us to houses, and honest with us! We would recommend him to all of our family and friends. Thankful for this man and his whole team for helping us find our dream house much faster than we ever expected!

Jeff Hopton Jones was fantastic in helping find our new home. He was energetic, patient, took his time, gave us his undivided attention, Explained buying a home in Texas and helped us through our sale in New Mexico. The other Padgett team helped with questions about utilities and moving in general.

Best agent in North Texas. Sold my moms house that was in bad shspe. Then helped us find a house in Waxahachie during a turbulent market time

The presence that the Sarah Padgett group has in Mansfield is very impressive. It is reassuring when your team knows the comps and has the local knowledge to the extent that the Sarah Padgett team has. I loved how professional and ambitious they were with executing my wants and needs. I highly recommend them for any real estate need.

Sara's team took the sales burden off my shoulders so that I could conncentrate on other important issues.

I was referred by a relative. I also watched them work on my street. They worked swiftly and efficiently.

I wasn't intending on buying a house, was looking for somewhere to rent. Contacted Sarah to inquire about it, and the conversation about potentially buying came up...I told her I was interested, fast forward a month and I'm now a home owner.
