Sarah did an excellent job marketing and scheduling our showings.

Our experience was wonderful all around. We had never sold a house before so we were very unsure of the whole process. Everything was explained very clearly and they walked with us every step of the way. We would highly recommend them.

We had an offer on our house within 72 hours of listing which was amazing news. From the time we got an offer to the closing everything went pretty smooth. I had issues with the Buyers but was able to communicate with the Team and got everything smoothed out.

Michael and Sarah were great from beginning to end. You would have never known that they had just had a baby by the way the were always very responsive. We love that the Padgetts always give back to the community and keep family first.

Our home buying process was a but unusual. Moving from our of state, not being able to fly in to town for every showing, our very first home buying experience. It was a bit stressful. We spoke to Michael Lemley from the Sarah Padgett team and after our very first phone call all of our stress went away. He was amazing at communicating, going that extra mile to assist with our difficult and unusual situation.
