It was a pleasure working with Kyle Kerbel and his team!

We had a very specific idea in mind of what our next home was going to be, and a set checklist that made the search a pretty difficult challenge. Kyle definitely stepped up to the plate searching hours outside of his local area to help us find the perfect property, and stayed by our side communicating with both sides - through the unexpected bumps in the road all the way until closing. It was quite the challenge (one for the record books). He was a great agent from start to finish and we would recommend him to all of our family and friends in the future.

From start to finish the sale of our home went amazingly smooth. There was a plan for every scenario & we always felt like our best interests were the #1 priority. I will always use their services when needed & recommend them to anyone I know that is looking to buy or sell.

We contacted Jeff when We were finally able to get everything ready to purchase a new home and then the most frenzy housing market ever occurred. Not only did we get the home of our dreams but Jeff was able to get us the home under list! We are so grateful to the whole team!

We sold the house at higher then what we asked and bought a new one at under what they asked. Jeff is very good at negotiation. It’s one of the main reason I keep buying more houses from him!

My wife and I had Sarah as our agent for longer than most people do because our situation changed when we first tried to utilize her skill and her team to sell our home. We were forced to back out of selling initially due to sudden damages that we had to deal with and Sarah maintained contact and was always available for us throughout our journey to repair our home, our credit, and prepare for the steps after selling. She helped us get in contact with other specialists who could answer questions that needed more expertise on those subjects such as budgeting and credit repair. She consistently ensured my family was safe, healthy, and maintained a steady course towards our financial goals. When we were finally ready to sell again she helped put us at ease with the entire process while showing us our options and our results for each without pressuring us to choose anything in particular. I never felt forced or influenced to make any decision that was not in my best interest based on my perception of the facts laid out for me. She gave my wife and me ample time to review the information and come to a decision on our own and was extremely patient in supporting our concerns. She cleared up any confusions we had as they arose and when she did not immediately know the answer she sought it from her team and relayed it back to us very quickly. In the end, she helped us sell our home for well over our expected amount and when the market and my family are in a position I am comfortable with my wife and I will most certainly be utilizing Sarah and her team to purchase our next home. Sarah exemplifies the values and traits that an agent should have and I am grateful my wife and I were able to have the pleasure of doing business with her.

The team was awesome from start to finish. From all the many houses we looked at to the day of closing. They were always professional and their when we needed them. I feel like they went above and beyond and made us feel like we were family to them and not just a customer that they were going to make money off of. This was our first time to buy a house and they helped us every step of the way.
