Candace helped me purchase and sell investment properties and provided useful time- and money-saving tips to think about, as well as helping me understand the differences to expect when purchasing for investment rather than for a primary home. She is very prompt in responding to client needs, even going above and beyond to prepare paperwork for me while on vacation. I began working with Candace after my longtime Real Estate Agent retired and it’s been a pleasant surprise to find someone that exceeds my expectations.

Candace is great. Drove nearly 2 hours to attend closing. Always responded quickly to text and emails. Gets things done quickly! I didn't have an real estate experience and she was patient with me and explained things.

Jeremey even came along on our first set of houses and he was just as kind and helpful.Then once we found a home we loved , Candace put up with my constant annoying questions and issues. I would trust Candace & Jeremy with any reality transaction in the future even for my kids! Alyssa was also super kind and helpful! Such a blessing to have happened upon a home listed by Candace!
