Jarid and Darrell did an excellent job selling a home I put up on the market from out of state. They were very detail oriented in making sure everything was completed in a timely manner and always kept me informed and up to date on what to expect. They are extremely polite and respectful. I would definitely call them again, if I had a house to sell in their area! You won’t go wrong with them!

As far as realtors go, Darrell has to be one of the best. He went far beyond the scope of service expected with his help in getting the needed repairs and updates to my mothers home. If you are looking for the standard listing agent Darrell is not that. He is personable and genuine. Also, he stayed in touch with me throughout the process. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home.

What a team! Darrell and Jarid didn’t know what they signed up for with this sale but they came through with flying colors! The house sold in 3 days but we were unable to close until about 1 1/2 months after the original closing date due to an unclosed permit. It took an extreme amount of patience, lots of frustration and stress, and a good sense of humor to work with the company involved but it finally worked out. These two were there for us day & night to answer questions, listen to us rant and rave, and help take care of the house since we were out of state. There were many trips to the property by them to meet someone there, to check the property or do anything else necessary. They remained professional and encouraging throughout the entire ordeal. We couldn’t ask for better realtors. Thank you guys!
