this is the second home ww are purchasing with Katherine that alone tells alot. she is very truthful and professional in her job, I will referred the whole Chicago if I could. she always responded on a timely manner no matter the time or day I texted her. she hardly get offended with all my questions lol. she is just a wonderful person.i will used this opportunity to appreciate her from the bottom of my heart. when bought our first home she help us got a warranty for a year pay by the seller. she work so hard for us to get this property even though house now are difficult to purchased. she is just our sweet Friendly lady my family will never forget. Kathy and her partners did an outstanding job in helping me find a new home. Kathy, Kelly and Tanya complemented each other beautifully and felt as we were always 'covered'. Kelly's initial meeting and assessment of our sale property is what put the wheels in motion. We met a local, one man shop who seemed to have less passion and almost seemed like a hobby. Redfin that seemed more interested in what our property didn't have to set a lowball sale price to move it fast at the expense of 10% below our anticipated ask price and then Kelly. Kelly took a true interest, took the time to point out and seek out what our property offered versus its shortcomings. We were able to get our ask price minus some insignificant allowances. Tanya was phenomenal and went out of her way to work with our schedule on the buy side and was key in us finding our purchase property. I'd highly recommend Kathy, Kelly and Tanya.

From the first time we met Katherine Rubis, we knew she was a perfect match for us. She is a careful listener and adapted to our needs every step of the way.

Katherine Rubis is the perfect realtor! We always knew she would respond quickly and be supportive and nonjudgmental of our decisions. We appreciated that she offered information current information and facts so that we could make the best choices for our situation.

Kathy was especially helpful when we encountered back and forth communications during the inspection process. She also referred us to a mortgage broker, with whom she has a great professional relationship, and she was appropriately in contact with our attorney and his office anytime that was necessary.

In addition, Kathy was a reassuring presence every step of the way throughout the home selection and buying process. After being in our Ohio home for 25 years, the move back to Illinois was a big step for us. Kathy's competence and empathy were just what we needed. Finding and purchasing our new home would have been much more challenging (and not as much fun) without her. We were so grateful to have benefited from her expertise and professionalism!
