I cannot say enough good things about Michelle. My husband and I came very close to putting our house on the market 2 times within 18 months only to pull the plug at the last minute, until the 3rd time, when we went through with it. Throughout Michelle was incredibly patient and reassuring, answering all of our questions - often multiple times - and bringing eternal good cheer to the whole process. At the end of the day, it went on the market and sold in about a week! I honestly cannot recommend Michelle enough. She knows the area and the market, and her work ethic is superb.
