Selling a home in the off-season was an endeavor that made us very anxious. But the professionalism, and market knowledge from Noelle, Sarah Padgett & her team made the whole process very seamless. Her communication with other agents, as well as with us was consistent, professional, and always very thorough. Sarah never was stumped on any of our questions. Noelle & her sold our beautiful home in half of the time than the typical current average. We very much so enjoyed working with Noelle, Sarah and her entire team and would happily recommend her to anyone who needs to sell or purchase a home!

From the get go she let us feel comfortable. Which to some it's what one needs to be more honest and upfront during this process. She assured us all the way thru that things are progressing as it should. Let me tell you we would be a bundle of nerves (she's got texts from us) lol and like always she would bring down that anxiety so we could continue with good faith knowing things will be ok in the end. I would respectfully use and refer Jessica to family and friends hands down!

Jessica is an amazing realtor. She is very knowledgeable. Even Iif we had a question that she was not 100% sure of the answer, she would immediately start researching to get us the answer. We flew in for our house hunting trips and she would have an itenary waiting for us, which I appreciated. I liked that she asked questions after viewing the house, to get a better idea of what we liked and disliked. So our time was not wasted. Once we found our house... she made sure everything went smooth. Jessica is wonderful... you will not be disappointed!

Sarah Padgett and her team (Allie Hendricks) her were an absoulte pleasure to work with. They made the process of dealing with an out-of-state sale as smooth as possible. Professional, trustworthy, communicated well, always reachable, knowledgeable with the local market, accurate with their pricing and marketing strategy which lead to mutliple offers and even provided a great referral for a local contractor to assist with the make-ready repairs. I can't recommend Sarah enough!
