"Amazing, I guess one word is good enough... However, since I have dealt with other Realtors and they were not a buyers only Realtor I have a good base for comparison.
Suzanne was phenomenal . Her research and dedication to each and every property she showed me was amazing. I was shown over 31 pieces of property before I made my final decision. Not once did Suzanne waver in the level of professional detail involving each piece of property. Since there was NO dual agency involved, the work at hand was all about me, period! There was no time split between tending to the needs of other clients, namely a seller. I first learned of the concept of a buyers only Realtor through a Susie Oerman show I watched. I really lucked out when I met Suzanne. I lived 8 hours away and she immediately knew exactly what to do to help me make the transition to the area .
