I interviewed several brokers before I selected Kim. I selected her because she came to the interview solidly prepared and ready to go. I felt she was professional and knowledgeable and would be the best person to sell my Mother's home.

She did not disappoint. She sold the home before it was listed in the MLS. Her follow through during the entire process was terrific. She was always available day/night and had our best interests in mind.

She comes with my highest recommendation.

Kim is a true professional. She brings knowledge, experience, trustworthyness and a great personality to the project. I would recommend Kim to anyone, she comes into the initial meeting well prepared and put all of the cards on the table so that you know what you are getting.

There was nothing the Kim promised that wasn't delivered. She sold the house in one week and the closing was coordinated with her contacts and went smoothly 3 week after the offer was accepted.

She should be your choice as you real estate representative.
