Spencer has a tremendous depth of knowledge about every aspect of houses and mortgages and an extensive network of trades and contractors. He works 24/7. He is willing and available to go anywhere to look at a house.

Spencer is very knowledgeable about real estate. Just as important, he has a passion for it which shows all the way from the initial meeting to closing. It was evident he was going above and beyond every step of the way. I never would have thought that selling a home could go this smoothly!

Spencer was exceptional. This purchase was far from easy considering the seller and seller's agent. We were under considerable pressure to purchase a space for our sons attending WPI and their hopeful roommates. We were working against a deadline and a difficult situation with an existing tenant. Spencer made himself available at all times. He went above and beyond to secure the space, contractor quotes, inspectors, utility bill history and more. He has a great reputation among contractors and was able to secure quick turnarounds on some big renovations. He represented us at appointments with contractors and humored our sons when they wanted to bring by their friends to look at the space. He was kind when dealing with the former tenant. He is very knowledgeable about the area and has great experience as a rental owner. We would highly recommend Spencer and intend to use him when we sell our primary residence.
