What a freaking ROCKSTAR!! We cannot thank Spencer enough. He made the process of selling our home from the other side of the country painless! We had some issues due to the age of the home and Spencer coordinated all of the work that was done and did so very proactively! We did not have to worry about a thing. Extremely straightforward and honest! If you are buying or selling in Massachusetts and not using Spencer, get it together! In the end, sold for $15k OVER asking. Woopwoop! You da man, brother! THANK YOU!!

Spencer is a very hard working agent and has excellent availability. He has great knowledge of house construction and the real estate process to help with any questions or concerns you might have. Buying or selling a house can sometimes be stressful but with Spencer as your agent you can be at ease. He really knows the business and has connections to people that are there to help out if needed. Spencer has helped me with multiple houses dating back to 2015. He really has helped us out a lot and we really appreciate everything he has done. I can’t say enough good stuff about Spencer. If you are looking to buy or sell your house Spencer is who you want as your agent. He really goes above and beyond for his clients.

Spencer was on point with all of it as usual. From the moment we look at the house, through the home inspection, negotiations of the price and even after the closing. Spencer went above and beyond and was great to work with.

Spencer is very polite trustworthy and understanding. He was always there to answer any questions we might’ve had and to help us through any of the process.

Spencer did an amazing job as always. Always going above and beyond. We can’t say enough good stuff about him.

Spencer made this process unbelievably easy - as a first time homebuyer, I was admittedly anxious but felt immediately confident that he knew exactly what to do to make sure everything went smoothly and I got into my home without issue. I can't say enough about Spencer - he has a welcoming personality and I felt immediately at ease in an unfamiliar situation. He is knowledgeable, accommodating and has a great sense of humor, which is important, too! I highly recommend and hope to work with him in the future!

Spencer is in a league of his own! His knowledge and expertise is undeniable and we never doubted that we were in the right hands when it came to selling our 1st home with him.
